Project 3|26

Privacy Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

Project 3|26 is designed to help people understand Scripture, process it in community, and live it as followers of Jesus. This policy explains the information we use to provide that experience.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, profile information, account identifiers, Bible journey progress, preferences, achievements, support messages, and activity needed to operate Project 3|26. If you use Connect, we also store the posts, comments, prayer requests, reactions, announcements, reports, and group membership information you choose to share.

Paid memberships are processed by Stripe. Project 3|26 receives subscription, customer, product, payment-status, and billing-period information needed to manage access. We do not store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use account information to authenticate you, preserve progress, provide the correct access level, operate groups and Connect, deliver support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about your account or membership.

COMPASS and AI-assisted features

Questions you submit to COMPASS may be processed by technology providers that help generate a response. COMPASS is intended as a Bible-study assistant and not as a replacement for Scripture, pastoral care, professional counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Avoid entering confidential personal information that is not needed for your Bible-study question.

Connect and group privacy

Content posted in a private Connect group is visible to people with access to that group and may be reviewed by group leaders or Project 3|26 administrators for moderation, safety, support, or abuse prevention. Do not post another person's private information without permission.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for services such as hosting, authentication and database services, payment processing, email delivery, maps, analytics or operational monitoring, and AI-assisted functionality. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Project 3|26.

Data retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, billing records, and dispute resolution. You can delete an eligible account from Account settings. If a paid subscription is still active, cancel it first; deletion becomes available after the paid access period ends. You can also contact support for help with a deletion request.

Security

We use technical and operational safeguards intended to protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Project 3|26 is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
